	bad start and lost 1' to the first control, but a creative choice (yes, im satesfied with myself ;D ) to 5th payed for the early mistake. After it was OK, lost a control to 13th and had to run for the white area instead of continuing after the plans. (45'' lost) The rest was quite good :D but what Tynne says about 50' is undoubtably possible :D only 2 advices for FrOls - no water and a little bit less steep, otherwise wonderful! :D Nice one gio! had to see for my self that you had done it better than me ;D and so you had! im still quite satesfied with my choice though ;P

	No problem to go like 3-4min faster. Felt like a bad race! phone rang 2 times during race =( Schive: you'll run this in maybe 50min if you make an okey race. long time ago I ran a steep rdm, but very nice! Just make them a little less steep!and agree with TC, pls no water! otherwise, good frols!
