	Looks like a very old school ROCAD to me... Difficult to understand the map. Also if you look at the terrain view here, you will see that the terrain is not perfectly aligned with the map. Amongst other things, this causes a cliff on the way to 3rd to be placed on the wrong side of the spur. I also think that the 9th control should have been a bit more hidden, so you can't see it while running down the open slope.
