@The Moose: there are plenty of things you can do, some are quite easy and dont lead to to much quality lost. some others need more time: best you write me an e-mail to color-converter[at]hotmail.com and I will send you an e-mail there @lorrie did you try to set texture quality down? - lost it at the end :D
